The building is fully involved and the structural integrity of the building is starting to fail along at least one corner. There are no injuries reported and no other structures threatened. Traffic will be heavily impacted in the area and drivers are advised to avoid the area. KNOCKDOWN Structure Fire 07/03/2022 INC#1566 - KNOCKDOWN Structure Fire; INC#1566; 10:19PM; 6000 N De Soto Av; ; Woodland Hills; KNOCKDOWN: Over 80 firefighters made significant progress and extinguished the majority of the large blaze in one hour and nine minutes. The remaining pockets of fire are difficult to reach with exterior hose lines and due to the structural instability, crews will remain in the defensive mode. Therefore this will continue to be an active, extended operation. Drivers are advised to avoid the area surrounding De Soto x Oxnard. LAFD Arson and Counter-Terrorism Section will handle the investigation per protocol. There are no injuries reported and no other structures damaged.
