Hazardous Materials Investigation 10/17/2022 INC#0408 - Hazardous Materials Investigation; INC#0408; 08:29AM; 1676 W Oakhorne Dr; ; #HarborCity; PRELIM: Apparent rupture of subterranean pipeline along (freight only) railroad right-of-way. The rupture (or relief valve activation?) was accompanied by loud sounds, and the apparent leak of an unspecified amount/type liquid, the flow of which has been controlled by workers in the area reportedly performing pipeline related maintenance. No fire. No injury. No evacuation. Though a rail tanker car was parked in the area, it does not appear to have been involved.
