Two vehicles (one white and one black) have been seen in the moving water and just passed the Washington St Bridge - firefighters are working to get a visual to determine if there are any occupants (they have not seen anyone in them yet). There are not currently known victims. All LAFD resources are being released and this incident is being transitioned to LA County Fire Department @lacofdpio (as it is deep into the City of Vernon) for any additional needs.
