There are multiple businesses housed within the structure and firefighters are conducting an interior fire attack while the truck companies are going to the roof of the attached but not involved units. The fire destroyed the unit of origin and the extent of damage to the adjacent units is being determined. The exposed mobile home / RVs were defended from damage. LAFD Arson section is responding for the investigation. Traffic will remain heavily impacted on Balboa from Stagg to Saticoy due to hose lines and apparatus. Please continue to avoid the area.
