KNOCKDOWN Structure Fire 01/15/2023 INC#1211 - KNOCKDOWN Structure Fire; INC#1211; 05:41PM; 3950 S Nicolet Av; ; #BaldwinHills/#Crenshaw; The first twenty LAFD Firefighters quickly mounted a coordinated attack, sending crews interior with hose lines and to the roof to provide vertical ventilation on what has been updated to a two-story O-shaped center hallway apartment building. It took 16 minutes to extinguish the flames, confining it to just the unit of origin (and attic space directly above). Firefighters protected the adjacent units on either side of the fire unit.
