They are starting to shut down the ladder pipe operations so they can transition to hand lines to reach the remaining fire. There is some (amount unknown) of extension into the Delta exposure (attached building on the west side). KNOCKDOWN Structure Fire 07/10/2023 INC#0152 - KNOCKDOWN Structure Fire; INC#0152; 04:21AM; 690 S Park View St; ; Westlake; KNOCKDOWN: Over 90 firefighters extinguished the Major Emergency structure fire in one hour and 35 minutes with no injuries reported. The extent of damage to the adjacent two buildings is being determined. The residents evacuated from the four story apartment building on the Bravo (east) side are able to rehouse. LAFD Arson is on scene for the investigation per protocol for an incident of this size. Traffic will be affected well into the morning as crews (some are being released) continue with the overhaul operations.
