CONTAINED Brush Fire 11/01/2023 INC#1018 - CONTAINED Brush Fire; INC#1018; 02:42PM; 1379 N Miller Dr; ; #HollywoodHillsWest; Firefighters from LAFD and LA County FD both responded to the brush fire burning on a steep slope between several homes. Crews made a strong stand, to hold the fire to less than one-half of an acre, and protected ALL neighboring homes. Crews will remain in the area to fortify containment lines and eliminate any remaining hot spots or smoldering debris. Approximately 48 LAFD firefighters, along with LA County FD personnel, took approximately 80 minutes to extinguish the flames. No reported injuries.
