KNOCKDOWN Brush Fire 01/11/2024 INC#0490 - KNOCKDOWN Brush Fire; INC#0490; 09:21AM; 9085 W Alto Cedro Dr; ; #BeverlyCrest; A sanitation truck caught fire and, per protocol, dumped the burning contents in the middle of the street. Firefighters arrived and quickly deployed hose lines as the roadside brush was being singed by flames stoked by the wind. Crews prevented the fire from extending into the brush, and extinguished the burning trash in the road in 22 minutes. No reported injuries.
