Civilian Fatality Structure Fire 01/24/2024 INC#0143 - Civilian Fatality Structure Fire; INC#0143; 03:02AM; 10803 N Noble Av; ; #MissionHills; 32 LAFD Firefighters took just 22 minutes (3:24 AM) to access, confine and extinguish heavy fire within an 1,856 square foot one-story home, that had been converted to a residential duplex (Primary and ADU under one roof). In extinguishing the intense flames, firefighters discovered the remains of one adult male. The three other occupants of the building were able to escape unharmed. No other injuries reported. Fire cause under active investigation. The 72 year-old structure was not equipped with smoke alarms as required by law.
