KNOCKDOWN Greater Alarm Structure Fire 01/26/2024 INC#1250 - KNOCKDOWN Greater Alarm Structure Fire; INC#1250; 05:11PM; 115 S Catalina St; #Koreatown; Firefighters responded to a two-story *four-plex* with heavy fire showing from the second floor. Firefighters deployed hose lines inside the building, while crews ascended ladders to the roof to cut holes and release smoke and heat from the structure. Firefighters contained the fire to just one unit of the four-plex, and protected the nearby buildings that were initially threatened. It took the first 50 firefighters 21 minutes to access, confine, and extinguish the flames. Thankfully, there were no reported injuries.
