No injury. Though there is electrical arcing and small flames involving debris near the currently energized scaffolding, the now vacant (all workers safety self-evacuated) building is not involved with fire. LADWP en route (unknown ETA). #LATraffic: Full closure of Reseda Boulevard between Rayen Street and Nordhoff Street until LADWP crews have secured the power line, and rendered the site and vicinity safe for travel.
