Structure Fire - Now Out (Fatality) 02/15/2024 INC#0574 - Structure Fire - Now Out (Fatality); INC#0574; 10:03AM; 1220 N Vine St; ; #Hollywood; Firefighters responded to a commercial building, where a nearby outside fire threatened the structure. Crews quickly extinguished the flames to keep it out of the nearby building. Only minor exterior damage was sustained by the commercial structure. Sadly, after the flames were knocked back, an adult female was found dead, in what appears to have been a tent next to the building. One adult male was transported to a local hospital for smoke inhalation. LAFD Arson Investigators, LAPD and Medical Examiner are responding to conduct an investigation. LAPD Inc #1837.
