Jumper 03/15/2024 INC#0865 - Jumper; INC#0865; 12:35PM; 16350 W Ventura Bl; ; #Encino; Firefighters are on scene working with LAPD to mitigate the psychological crisis of a man on the ledge of a 4-story residential over restaurant . While firefighters were attempting to set up a rescue air cushion the male on the ledge cooperated with police and fire authorities at which LAPD skillfully and peacefully apprehended the man. Firefighter-paramedics are providing a medical assessment on scene.
