LAFD is releasing the search helicopters. Still no sign of a victim in the water. [verified]

LAFD is attempting to locate a report of (possibly multiple) people seen in the river. So far LAFD has not located anyone in distress, but has seen three people walking alongside the river that may be related. [verified]
