KNOCKDOWN Greater Alarm Structure Fire 07/17/2024 INC#0026 - KNOCKDOWN Greater Alarm Structure Fire; INC#0026; 01:51AM; 2100 S Bundy Dr; #Sawtelle; Firefighters arrived to find smoke showing from a one-story commercial building. For a portion of the fire, crews mounted an offensive attack, however as the fire quickly grew and put the structural components of the building under intense heat, firefighters retreated into the defensive mode and fought the fire from the exterior only. Ultimately, it took over 100 firefighters 81 minutes to fully extinguish the flames. No reported injuries.
