Copter 22 overhead, offroad vehicle approximately 400 feet down the side off the trail. Copter 22 hoisting a member down [verified]

Reported to CHP & FD as an off roading vehicle went down a hill & flipped over. Reported 4 people injured with CPR in progress on 1 patient. FD & CHP still enroute. E81 requesting a 2nd copter. [verified]
