Firefighters are making good progress against the primary fire building. The fire appears to have breached a dividing wall and is extending into the adjacent, exposed building. Firefighters are working an offensive attack in the exposure. Commuters are advised to avoid the Hope St x W Pico area and seek the many available alternate routes. The fire was contained to the building of origin and prevented from extending to the adjacent structures. The building is divided into two businesses (front and back) with a load bearing wall dividing them. The fire was in both sections of the building.
