Vehicle hit and displaced a fire hydrant. Vehicle left the scene and there are no injuries reported. However the water flow from the hydrant is flooding the roof of a two-story, center hall building (housing a church). Large amount of water is accumulating on both floors and damaging the structure. Firefighters are shutting down the hydrant and additional resources are enroute to assist with the water removal operation. Urban Search and Rescue is also enroute to assess the damage and structural stability of the building. [verified]
