Three-story garden-style apartment building with smoke showing and a sprinkler activated in one unit on the second floor. Fire damage located to an electric scooter in the unit. Firefighters remain on scene for overhaul, sprinkler shutoff, and mitigation of lithium-ion battery hazard. No injuries reported. [verified]
