Five-story SRO (four residential over parking) with a "fire out" in one unit on the 4th floor. Firefighters deployed the aerial ladder to the unit's window to extricate one occupant (who was standing in the window. There primary and secondary searches were clear. Firefighter/paramedics are evaluating the patient for any injuries. No further details at this time. [verified]
