Large plume of smoke caused by an outside rubbish fire located on railroad tracks. Several tractor-trailers parked near the tracks were initially exposed, but did not sustain damage. First-arriving companies are handling -- train traffic will be paused while firefighters cool the debris and move it off of the tracks. [verified]
